Ticket problems NOW FIXED! EARLY BIRD TICKET 1 WEEK TO GO!

We had been told that on certain servers there have been problems with the ticket page, after speaking to our tech wizards we have been assured this is now all fixed and with only 1 week to go until cheap Early Bird tickets go off sale you can now all start getting the MEGA deal tickets via the ticket page on the website! If you find any more problems please tweet, facebook message or email us!

In other news we now have announced Petebox to headline on Sunday, former UK Beatbox champion, Pete has been getting millions of youtube hits as his videos for his new album (released this month) have gone viral across the internet!

InMe play Burtfest on Saturday night and more bands announced!

We are really pleased to announce another huge band who have had top 40 success will be playing Burtfest this year in Essex rockers, InMe!

Just back from their latest UK tour and after the release of their album ‘The Pride’, they will be rocking up Main Stage at Burtfest 2012 this June!

The lineup is now really coming together so click on the lineup to see all the acts as we have loads more now announced!!

OLIVER/DAWSON SAXON SATURDAY HEADLINERS!

We are very happy to announce that heading up the main stage on Saturday night will be Oliver/Dawson Saxon!

Founding members of Saxon, Graham Oliver and Steve Dawson bring their Saxon to Burtfest to rock through an hour of Saxon’s greatest hits. One of the biggest rock bands of the 80s, selling over 13 million albums, this is a chance to see how the original members rock the classic songs, they will be bringing their full stage show and this should be an awesome end to Saturday at Burtfest 2012!

Also announced in the last 2 days have been Riding the Low (with actor Paddy Considine) headlining the Arch Stage on Saturday, Star From Ivy (one of Burton’s top up and coming bands) headlining the Arch stage on Friday and Follow You Home, a great up and coming band from Derby who will be on main stage on Saturday.

THE SKINTS ANNOUNCED FOR FRIDAY NIGHT!!!

We are really happy to announce that The Skints from London town will be playing their awesome brand of Dub, Ska, Reggae on the main stage on Friday! This is one of the most exciting bands in the UK who have just been touring with the likes of Sublime with Rome, You Me At Six, Bendoiun Soundclash and many more and are in high regard with 2012 album shooting up the download and worldwide reggae charts!!!

BURTON BANDS AND NEW ACTS ANNOUNCED!

We are happy to announce some great young up and coming bands coming to Burtfest this year!

We have local Burton based bands Down to a Science, 5 Days of November (both on Main stage on Saturday), Birmingham based Pressure Kids on the Wetmore Stage on Saturday along with Nottingham indie rockers The Fade and Fields and young Burton band Through the Rain playing the Wetmore stage on Sunday!

We also have some slightly older acts who have been building up followings for many years including Burton’s Fontana Insticts on Sunday Main stage as well as Birmingham’s Carousel Circus also same day and same stage with some exciting acts from Nottingham on Friday at the Wetmore Stage in Tribal, Psy-Punks Mokshah and land lubbing Pirate band Seas of Mirth!

We are delighted to welcome Burton’s own MAX RAPTOR to Burtfest 2012! Having released debut album last year and toured with the likes of The Stranglers, Sonic Boom Six, Calvin Harris and New Model Army recently, this band are one of the leading punk rock bands in the UK right now…and they are from Burton so show them some love!!!!

The Selecter CONFIRMED FOR BURTFEST!

Burtfest are delighted to announce that one of the pioneers of the 2 tone Ska movement and pop idols of the late 70s and early 80s will be headlining the main stage at Burtfest 2012, THE SELECTER.
Reformed with their original lineup and playing all the classic hits such as ‘On My Radio’, ‘Too Much Pressure’ and ’3 Minute Hero’ as well many more, they promise to get Friday night bouncing on main stage!
